Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 June 2026

Lume is a to-do app where tasks can be delegated to AI agents. This policy describes what data Lume stores and how it is used.

What we store

Your account (email address), your to-dos, projects, chat conversations with the assistant, and device push tokens if you enable notifications. Data is stored with Convex, our database provider, in the United States.

AI processing

When you use the assistant (text or voice), the relevant tasks and messages are sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate a response. These providers process the data to serve the request and do not use it to train their models. AI usage is metered per account for billing.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe shares only your subscription status with us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your content with third parties beyond the processors named above. We don't track you across other apps or websites.

Deletion

You can delete individual tasks, projects, and chats in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email emory.fierlinger@gmail.com and we'll complete it within 30 days.
